How long are gift vouchers valid? +
All boat.mt gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. This gives the recipient plenty of time to choose their perfect Malta boat experience.
Can I use a voucher on any listing? +
Yes — gift vouchers are redeemable on any charter, rental, fishing trip or water sports listing on boat.mt. The voucher value is deducted from the total booking price at checkout. If the booking costs more than the voucher, the recipient pays the difference.
Can I get a refund on a gift voucher? +
Unused gift vouchers can be fully refunded within 30 days of purchase. Partially used vouchers cannot be refunded. If the recipient has already used part of the voucher, only the remaining balance is available.
What if the voucher doesn't cover the full booking price? +
If the booking costs more than the voucher value, the recipient simply pays the remaining balance by card at checkout. The voucher acts as a partial payment towards any booking.
Can I send multiple gift vouchers to the same person? +
Yes, multiple voucher codes can be stacked on a single booking. Each code is applied separately at checkout.
Is delivery instant? +
Yes — after payment completes the voucher PDF is generated and emailed within seconds. You can also schedule delivery for a future date (e.g. their birthday).
